If im eligible for an upgrade on my verizon acount does that mean i can get any

if you are eligible, you can get any phone you want- it just depends what the cost of that phone is, after rebate, with a contract extension.. Most phones do require a data plan now, so that is something that you'll have to take into consideration when shopping for a phone
