...dont know will i go to jail? if pulled over and caught would i be held accountable too even though it is my friends car and i had no clue that they had drugs, or weapons etc in the car.
******this is just a hypothetical question. i would never be caught in this position but i am just curious as to what would happen to someone who were in this position*******

if he stashes the drugs near you or under the seat you are in then and admits they arent his then yea,,,you would go down otherwise, no
