If Islam is so great, why is every major Muslim country an Islamic dictatorship?

The teachings in the Koran are most popular among those who have never read its calls to hate and violent retaliation.This same demographic is most easily led by dictators.Democratic forms of government can not be sustained by a poorly educated or stone age public mindset as foreign governments are slowly learning in Afghanistan.
