if its beef that taco bell serves then why did i pick up taco meat from a pork...

...slaughter house in Iowa??? all i saw were pigs being brought in to slaughter and picking up bags ready for taco bell filled with what they call beef??? is it pork flavored beef??? because I was there I picked it up for delivery to taco bell????
