The last thing Jews want is to convert others to their religion. Bear in mind being a Jew is cultural as well as religious, and the Jewish community is tight-knit.
Thankfully, we don't. We're satisfied if non-Jews manage to do good deeds and are good people (aren't we all?). Their beliefs do not matter to us.
And since Gentiles end up in the same place as Jews in our theology, there isn't the same sort of "carrot & stick" to convert to Judaism as there is in Christianity and Islam, which promise heaven and threaten with hell. So there's no reason to convert to Judaism unless you really want to.
