Yes. I guess I didn't learn too much in High School, but when I leave College, you all better hold on to your seats.

No school doesn't have nearly enough knowlegde. If everyone go to school and therefore everyone knows the same stuff then one person can't be more powerful then the other.

If school were the only source of knowledge that would be true, but knowledge is much more subjective than we think. The knowledge from school makes us much more into drones, knowledge we acquire outside of school is the stuff that makes us evil! Who-Yeah!

I'd love to say yes, because it definitely makes sense from what you've said, but I have to say no.Power is not the only dynamic in the world, since it is suppressed by conformity. Besides, as individuals, we don't have nearly enough power to affect the world on such a massive scale, no matter how corrupt we grow with power (until we enter a position of authority).

Your question answers the question...You state if knowledge is power, and power corrupts...Not all power corrupts. We go to school to seek knowledge and ultimately gain wisdom to discern the proper uses of power.

"Knowledge itself is power." Francis Bacon"Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Lord Acton. No No No, we go to school to gain the power, and see through, and resist, the corruption.Education is one of the best things that can ever happen to anyone! We must ARM ourselves. An educated mind can never truly be suppressed.Good question!lalala: I'm hanging on to my seat. Let me know when you get done! Go get 'em! :-))
