refuse and collect Unemployment? I am looking for the law in Ohio for my co workers who are being forced to relocate. My company is moving 41 jobs to another plant this move is going to be a Hardship for most of them. The Company said if you don't relocate they will not pay unemployment you will be quitting your job voluntarily. which I think is unfair and maybe Illegal.
