hypocritical to leave out "zealotry"? as the "8th deadly sin"?
or "piousness" as the 8th?

look at them- sloth, lust, gluttony we all do these things to some degree or we wouldnt' eat sleep and procreate.

pride- you are not supposed to be proud of your child when they do well in school? that is a sign of good parenting.

i understand the meaning behind it is to curb excesses- but isn't leaving out one of the most deadly excesses, "religioususness" aka: zealotry, aka: piety to the "nth" degree hypocritical and dangerous.
