Anywhoooooz.HANDSOME! is either cheating, or asking really stupid questions, that people perceive to be "rebellious", "random", or "silly". People love laughing at a silly question, they love getting amped up by a rebellious question, and for some reason randomosity is considered humorous, probably by such acts as sarah silverman and daniel tosh.
