isn't anyone available there? If the office is small and there is no patient advocate or office manager, etc? There really should be at least an office manager, but with this place I'm not sure. They set me up for an appointment a week in advance, I drive there and wait, only for them to tell me "Sorry, I guess we must have not put you in the books," and then instead of being nice about it all I got was a "Sorry, try calling us later in the week," and I was fine with that, but a bit upset and wanted to know who the person was that made this mistake, and they told me "Don't worry, the doctor knows." So then off I went, and called late in the week, only for them to tell me, call back next week.

So I call them then, and then I got a "is this such and such? Well, I thought we told you we'd call you when the doctor was available?" At that I just said fine yet again, and that was monday. It's now thursday. No calls yet.

I feel either snubbed or just treated in a way I shouldn't have, and even IF they h ad that much difficulty, the attitude they're displaying towards me is VERY dismissive, and even annoyed.

I'm not calling back to bother them, I just showed up for my appointment which never happened, and was following instructions.

Anyways I would have been okay with it if they were more polite but they weren't, and all of these delays and pretty much dismissive "sorry," excuses are not acceptable.
