If you get your permit when your 19 how long do you have to wait to get

you just need to take the writtend test and driving test then you get yuour license
you dont need to take drivers ed or behind the wheel traing you can just go to the dmv and take the tests
but you need to pay
it 36 to take the driving test and iono for the permit
but schedule an appointment cuz it gets pretty busy in there

In PA you don't even need a permit if you are over 18. Check your state laws.
