M mKatelynm New member Feb 10, 2009 #1 if u had 2500 calories every day, how the heck are you suppose to work it all out? 3500 calories makes up a pound, 2500+2500=4500 so thats over a pound, but you'd probably lose the hundred or more.. so like wouldn't you just be like .. fat? LOL
