...it would be unrealistic to build 1? If you had lived at a time before cars existed
would you say to Henry Ford that it would be
unrealistic to build a car?

Before cars existed, no one even a imagined a horseless carriage.
Most people think it's impossible to even build something equivalent to a car today.

I was reading the article in CNN "10 ways to get motivated for change in 2010"
LINK: http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/12/29/motivation.new.years.resolutions/index.html

"That, experts say, is the wrong approach.
It's great to want to make changes,
but in order to actually accomplish your goals, they say,
it's important to be realistic, specific, and accountable."

So basically the question is, how do you define realistic?

If you were Henry Ford's neighbor, would you encourage him to build a car?

would you say to him: "hey Henry Ford! that's pretty unrealistic, to build something so fast that it has no horse to pull it!"

So... do we really need to be realistic? do we have to be realistic? or is it a choice?

I might walk up to Henry Ford and say, "Hi. I'm your new neighbor, Charles Duryea. Would you like to come over and see my car?"
