without a data package? I am interested in getting a motorola droid on ebay and if I get it rooted does that mean I can activate it without paying the $30 data package? And does that also apply to the iphone, where if you jailbreak it, it can be activated without the data package? And if the droid is rooted can you get free apps like a jailbroken iphone? Also if you buy a droid or iphone that is unlocked does that mean it can be connected to any cell phone company?
