It wont effect the pregnancy test but i work at a doctor office and when u take a pregnancy test at a doctor office they also test your urine for all different kinds of drugs.
 
well i was smoking pot a lot! a lot lot lot lot
'of course i had no idea i was pregnant" but when i missed my period i tested and got a positive
"as soon as i got a positive i quit and never started again" am 33 weeks pregnant :) and never plan on smoking again! and i smoked from age 9-21...i am quite proud of myself

No, it won't effect the test. The pregnancy test only tests for hCG pregnancy hormone, and it really doesn't matter what else is in your system, it will still do it's job no matter what brand it is.
