If you use the internet on an iphone 4 in a wifi zone, do you still lost internet

time? I have an iPhone 4 and I always use the internet. I use it more than my computer. I mostly use 3G, but when im home I use WIFI from my desktop router. My plan gives me a number of hours of internet i get per month. If i use it more than the alotted amount, i get charged. If i use wifi with internet from comcast, my internet provider, will i use any of my internet minutes since im not using AT&T internet?
