Alright, If you were gonna make a plan for a individual who is extremely busy with school and work, who would like to start working out, what plan would you give them and steps towards those goals?
you can lose weight without working out just cut back on portion size and watch your calories closely but its better to combine with exercise, about 30min daily should be enough, start off with a 15min cardio session in the morning treadmill, bicycle or whatever that will jump start your metabolism then squeeze in a 15 min resistance workout later in the day, do weight lifting or pushups & situps, this will make your body look good while losing weight so you dont end up just skin and bones, your body will be nice and toned with lean muscle mass, GL
