If your child laughs during a spanking.. how do you handle it?

What would do if your child laughed during a spanking? If you spanked your kids over the clothes and they laughed at you. Would you pull their pants and underwear down and spank them on the bare bottom? Or would you put them in time out? Would you spank them a little bit harder so they will be crying so you will know they learn their lesson.

I would realize that spanking isn't working and would find some other form of punishment.

Stop asking lame spanking questions. I was spanked, I always laughed, I laughed because I knew it would soon be over and that was my only punishment...I would have learned more if things like television and phone were taken from me, that didn't happen until my parents realized a 13yr old could care less about a spanking.
