can your parents look at every sight you've been at when they log on to their account, if you delete your history? not just in the sidebar, but like if you go to tools and internet options, then delete all. or is it not fully deleted?
Depends on how the parental controls are programmed.
But yes, they could look into your history even if you delete the history. They could still block websites and could notice if you start visiting proxys.
