Ha, you could charge them rent, or they must remove it, if that's what you want. Which will start trouble.

If they put the dish on your property without your permission you can insist that they take it down. If they don't then you can take it down, but I would give them the opportunity to do it first. You might even want to notify them in writing.

if they tell you they cant get a signal tell them you can pick a sat signal from the ground, mine is on the floor of my garden on a pole. plus its motorised
