i'm 18 years old, 6'1, and 130 lbs. i eat very irregularly, but enough....

...i'm stuck at this weight. healthy? i've always been tall and skinny, but i've been trying to gain weight by eating more calories, and fattening food, and working out, and although working out has improved my strength and health, i am still stuck at 130 pounds. i suppose i'm lucky i have this metabolism in some ways, but i'd quite like to be able to beef up a little just so i'm less prone to bullying. any suggestions on how to, for lack of a better word, get fat? (taking into consideration my high metabolism)
