So here's the situation. My dad has had a family plan with verizon since 2000. I've been a part of that plan as well but now since i'm 19 my dad wants me off his plan because i go over sometime >.< but i DO pay for my half of the bill. He just feels like it would be easier to see my own separate bill. Anyways, my dad wants me to get my own account. But i have really bad credit because i lived on my own in southern California and had a hard time paying my credit cards. Question is, can i sign up for a new account with him as my cosigner? Or maybe just under is name but with me paying for it?
btw, he's disabled at the moment and can barely walk, so it there any way we can do this online? I looked over the process of signing up with verizon online and was wondering if i could just put his information in (address name, id, social security number) but have my Debit card put in as the payment?
