I'm 14 and I've grown like 3 inches since last year. My 21 yr old bro was around my height at my age too and he is taller than my mom now, like 5'4"-5'5" around there.
I'm 14, 70-80 lbs, around 4'10" and wear a size 4.5-5 shoe size.
Last year I wore a size 3-3.5 if that matters..
I drink alot of orange juice which has V-C and some milk but I dont take vitamins and eat fast food ALOT.
I don't know when I'll have a spurt I'm in the 3rd qtr of the 8th grade right now next year is highschool.
Is there anything that says if your so and so height now you'll probably be so and so height by whenever? Like a chart or average heights that turn out?
