I used to just smoke then i started chewing and i quit smoking, then i started doing both. Now I'm back to just smoking again. I think I'm smoking too much though so should i start chewing again occasionally so i can cut down on smoking a little bit? I plan on quitting in the near future so I wanna know if this is a good step.
haha i love how im saying im gonna quit both of them eventually, i just want to slow down smoking and i think chew can help but whatever....
Im not gonna get cancer unless im smoking like a pack a day and chewing a tin a day which im not

Smoking or chewing, you are still using tobacco. If you chew, you're trading lung cancer for cancer of the mouth or throat.

it dosnt matter wheter you smoke, chew, or shove a pinch up your butt nicotine itself will kill you eventually. Nicotine constricts blood vesles, and over the lifetime of an average smoker vs. non smoker, it puts 16 times the amount of pressure on the heart, even though they live shorter.

Cancer is hit and miss, either you will get it or you wont. But mouth cells regenerate much more quickly than lung cells, which means if you get cancer in the mouth, it will spread much faster (3-4 times as fast) and you will have no jaw
