Im afraid of getting old?

I have been thinking about for awhile and I don't want to get old or at lease over 45. I never imagined myself old before. I see the way they talk,walk, some peoples body takes a weird shape, weak bones, their clothes,hair changes colors,skin, sickness for some people,forgetfulness, retiring (I'd like to still work). I like being young and the 20s 30s and 40 (I'm 13). I don't know how to stop thinking about it? And also that's means I wouldn't be able to do Tae Kwon Do anymore if I was old or dancing. This is one thing I'm not looking forward to.
