...must i meet to be a resident? I came to America in 2000, with a visa. I've been going to school since 2nd grade and I am now in the 10th grade. My visa expired a while back, and im scared about going to college but being unable to pay it because my parents don't make much because they also are not citizens. My grades are good im a really smart guy and ahead of my class in mathematics. I'm bilingual and i have all the hope to learn as much as i can in this world, but it might be limited. So what else do i need to apply for a citizen, or a resident since its the first step. Help please.
