any other time)? So last night in a ncaa mens game, team 1 (cant remember team, it might be so. illinois) called a timeout in 4th quarter with about 10 sec. on game clock. Team 2 got a technical ft but then team 1 got the ball back. Team 1 had no timeouts (actual ones) left. I thought that team 2 gets the ball after technical ft?? Different rule in NBA

What's the nba rule for calling a timeout but dont have one actual?
