I've Been With My Boyfriend For About 5 Years Already, Im A British Citizent And My Boyfriend Is From South-america And His Is Illegal In This Country! We Are Inlove But Im Not Sure What Do I Have To Do To Give His Documents.. As There Are Different Laws Very Day, Wish Makes My Confuse!!

if he is illegal he should go back to his home country and apply to come back the legal way, im sure that if a "normal" marriage doesnt guarantee you citizenship then a gay one wont either
