...because I said I wouldn't meet them? in person. I ended up blocking them but they keep making new profiles and sending me messages that way. I've set everything to private and now i'm getting messages from other people that were on my list saying that it's him with multiple profiles and i've been talking to him thinking I was talking to other people he even poses under female profiles. I have his IP address because I run a business I use an email tracker to make sure clients have received and read their emails. Is there any way I could make a complaint or ban his IP address from having access to me. Yes I was gullible for trusting him in the first place but this has gotten beyond a joke now it's causing psychological distress. What are the laws on this kind of thing? He once told me he had been accused of stalking before by the parents of a 16 year old girl and he had gotten away with it. The girl even defied her parents and is still talking to him. He is 35 and calls her his best friend.

But seriously, he sounds like a fruit loop. Stay well away from him and contact the police. Harassment is an offence.
Alternatively, track him down and knee him very hard in the balls (but probably safer for you if you go with my first suggestion).
