I'm going to sell an ipad on amazon but there are things i need to know?

well im going to get a i pad 32gb 3g+wifi from lockerz.com and on amazon the cheapest one is $900
so ill sell mine like $600-700 (it'll be a new untouched i pad)

Is there anything i should check out before selling it? like legal stuff ?
