im having problems running fallout 3, my specs are pentium 4 ht 2.6 dual core, Geforce 7300 GT, plenty of HDD space, and a 1.5 GB of ram. but my problem is when i run it, after i select new game and it finishes loading. the opening seen with the radio, yeah it goes all weird and i can see laging and each frame in sections coming onto the screen whats wrong?
