I'm having problems with my 95 Dodge Avenger?

It's having problems going up hill and going fast quickly. Every time I gas it, it seems to do the opposite like it's hesitating. It also seems to have a minor jerk when it does try to go up hill. I've change the spark plugs and wires, air filter, fuel filter, new oil and filter change, new transmission filter and fluid and it still seems to be doing it. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
Sounds like you may have clogged injectors. You may want to take it somewhere to get a fuel system flush.
