im having problems with the touchscreen on my lg prime. best answer if It fixes.?

In order to get anything to pull up on my touch screen I have to push whatever button is to the left of it. If I am trying to access my texts I have to push my contacts button to get my messages to open.then I have to create a new message whether I am trying to respond to one or not and the only letters I can get to register are the top row and I can only get them to work if I hit letters in the bottom row. This applies to any section of my phone I am just using messaging as an example. If the icon is the far left on my screen like the at&t mobile net button I cant access it at all. I have tried to do a master reset and I have tried to re calibrate the touch (it wont read that I am pushing the dots) Anyone have any idea whats wrong or suggestions on how to fix it?
 
MY LG Prime touch screen is off on calibration i cant txt or nething how can i get this fixed tried recalibrating it and reseting it and it still wont work.
 
Mine did the same thing, when I touch contacts it hits something else. Just rub your thumb up and down on the screen, that's what I did, but noww my phone for some reason just wont touch at all. I guess that's a sign at&t need to step their shit up
 
Mine also does the same thing. If I go to menu, & try to click "My stuff", It clicks "Games & Apps". I don't know how to fix it, so I just got a new phone.
 
my calibration is way off when i press 1 it presses 3 press 4 get 6 and so on....but i have a password to get into my phone and i cant press ok cuz the calibration is so messed up please help! lol
