I'm having weird sexual dreams , how can I make them stop ?

Lately I've been having really weird sexual dreams , even when the dream itself isn't sexual I wake up with my heart racing as if someone special had touched me , I don't masturbate and I don't beleive in sex before marriage how can I make these dreams stop ?
 
Best thing to do is watch something right before bed most of the time the last thing we do,hear, or see is what we dream about so it might help if you watch a nice funny movie before bed that has no sex in it.
 
You have sexual tension which is normal if you're not getting any sex - release the tension.
