im in the uk im 15 can i ride a motorize push bike (engine)?

hi like i said im 15 want to put an engine on my push bike can i ride it on the roads ?
 
no anything with an engine must have a vaild mot, tax disc, insurance and you must have a licence and you must be 16 or over aswell

but

it you are just using your push bike on its own without a engine then yes but i think you have to of passed your cycling prefisinacy test thing before going on the roads and a push bike does not need one (an engine) and why do you need a engine on anyway
