i had sex with my 15 almost 16 year old girl friend when i was 19 not 20 yet. and she got pregnant, her parents are not pressing charges neither was she, but they found out from a noise complaint at my house and she opened the door which lead to a lot of questioning on why she was there with me n she said im her bf n thatt led them to ask if were sexually active n she had no clue so she said yes. its my first offense i have no criminal record other than an drinkin tickets a while back. the cop said theres a chance th ey dismiss it if the judge understands the situation idk... what the most likely thing to happen?
