I don't know how descriptive I can be about this, it was a clip of an anime I saw on the site m0ar, I can list the basic dialogue, though.
There were these Japanese speaking teenagers out in an alley with a parked car and then an older English speaking man came out and started yelling at the teenagers about scratching his car or something. Then, another person came out who spoke REALLY poor English and had a terrible English accent. He started telling the man to "apologize to the kids" and "your car was scratched earlier when I was here." And eventually ended up taking the man to a different alley and shooting him.
That's all I really know of the scene I'm looking for, can anyone help?
