cargo room.? Everything we look at has very minimal cargo space, we are needing to fit a double stroller laying flat so then we can stack groceries ext... on top. It would also help that the 2nd row seating are bucket seats for easier access to the back row. Good gas mileage is a must. We really want to stay away from mini vans as well as a truck framed SUV.
 
In the CUV world you either have cargo space or passenger space, never both.

If you require both cargo space and enough room for 7 passengers then you'll need a Suburban.

Either that or rethink your space requirements. Unless you have 4 or more children you don't need 3 rows of seats.
