I'm looking for a good and cheap (ish) PDA ...?

I'm looking for a PDA that can do the following:

- play music
- play videos
- has an sd card slot or similar (to hold the music)
- has a web browser
- preferably has windows mobile (cause it can get flash and skype)

my primary use will be internet and mini games (like addictinggames.com)

i like cheap but a few options would be nice.
