I can't really remember any of the details. Everything i remember is really really vague. I remember that it was a dark anime with a serious plot. It was about a young guy who was experimented on and now he can turn into some monster thing. I think he escapes from some industrial looking place. Once again i cant remember much its been a long time since ive seen it and i have watched a loooot of anime and read even more manga so everything is kind of mixed together. If you dont recognize this anime then thats okay. If you can suggest any with genetic engineering then that would be nice. Thankyou very much.
Haha. I have gone to "My Anime List" and searched through the scifi section and looked at 1000+ anime and still havent found it. So i would say you are exaggerating just a tad bit.
