4runner all the way. Don't even think about the Land Rover. Your truck will spend more time in the shop than hauling your family. Find a 4runner for sale by the original or second owner with lower than average miles (something around 100-120k or lower if possible). Get it inspected by a Toyota mechanic and run a Carfax. If you do those things, you run a great chance of picking up a truck that will last you for many more years with proper maintenance.
