...those dirt trails.? Like a bike to go to school but can be comfortable but can get dirty and hit the dirt trails on

Get something from Trek bikes ( go to your nearest Trek dealer) or Kona Jake ( konaworld.com).

About any hybrid bike can handle dirt or gravel roads. I bought a Forge M Street bike and it's good on paved and gravel roads. I bought it to use on the local rail tails because of it's lite weight and no shocks to eat up pedaling energy. Most hybrids will have mounts for fenders or you may want to look at commuter bikes.
