I heard a girl discussing this book once. It is a sci-fi book about an alternate reality in which some people are forced to eat and others are starved, or something like that. In the book, an anorectic girl becomes friends with one of these "force fed" girls.
I remember there was a part where the "fat" girl is eating a roast pig in some kind of sexual context.
