Is she always going to want to nurse every hour till after she's eating enough homemade baby foods? She's 3 months and I swear she nurses every other hour for at least 30 mins at a time. There's about 2-3 feedings a day were she's hungry, but she stops nursing every couple secs to talk n smile at me lol. She doesn't really play with stuff yet. She's just now barely reaching for toys hanging off play gym. But yea I'm just wondering at about what age will she go longer without feedings?
 
If she isn't hungry..she may need to suck. Some babies need to suck. Have you tried a pacifier. I know...Nooooo!!!! BUT..some babies do need them. I always said before I had kids..I will never, ever...but....that changed when I had my first. He was a sucker....needed to suck. so he got a pacifier and ate "normally" every 2..usually closer to 3 hours..and ate!!!! AND at 7 weeks old slept through the night. Without his "plug" he would have wanted to feed all the time.

If you baby is playing...and not eating at feeding times. She isn't hungry, and is using you to sooth...have you concidered or tried a pacifier?
