For a while now every time I'm under a lot of stress or just feeling really sad or angry, it feels like I can't hold down my food and I make myself go to the bathroom and throw up. Many people say that that is called bulimia, but after looking up the different symptoms of bulimia I don't think it's that because i
A) don't do it after almost every meal; maybe once every 3 weeks
B) do not binge before regurgitating
C) don't really feel that it's as severe al bulimia
I just want to know if this is something I need professional help for or can just try to help myself because my friends have told me to stop, but it's hard. Every time something bad happens it just feels like the food shouldn't be there. I'm just very confused...
