other foods can I eat? Help please!? Okay so basically I've been dieting for two years now. I've lost a lot of weight but now find myself really eating a narrow diet (strawberries/blackberries + nofat yoghurt + sugar free jelly) and I'm don't think it's all that healthy. I want to eat a more balanced diet that is still low on the calories and carbs. I eat around 1200 calories a day now. This is up from 900-1000 I used to do because I started feeling really ill on that. I don't eat more than 110 carbohydrates and I try to aim for -100. I weight between 108-110 lbs depending on the day. I'm 5'4 1/2. I want to get to maybe 105 but every time I get close I gain weight again. It's really frustrating. That and I'm trying to tone up from the weight loss but every time I start I gain weight and just don't get what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone suggest some healthy alternatives so I can try to better myself a little bit? I feel silly eating sweeties like jelly infront of my housemates all the time and again I don't think it's really healthy even if it IS low in calories and carbs! Also maybe how to go about exercising? I don't think I'm doing it right. Anyway thanks for helping!

fish actually is pretty good for people on diets, um other than that just make sure you are getting your daily intake of all the major food groups(yes try to remember that stupid pyramid form 3rd grade) and as far as exercise goes any thing you do where you walk away from it tired and sweaty counts
