I'm planning on doing a triathlon?

First off, I know how to train/lift and I have done one before so its not like I'm completely new to the scene. I am in great shape, but I was wondering what I should be eating. Like I said I've done lots of research, so I basically know the answer to this, so I am looking more in terms of supplements to take.

On a side note, I also love to lift, and I dont care if my upper body will weigh me down, so could you possibly tell me what to take to get both faster and stronger?

I am trying to get in the best fitness of my entire life, (past and present) for this triathlon, bc it is my senior year of highschool and once I go to college I plan on graduating at the top of my class, so I prolly wont be working out much.
