The last episode of the second season says this "When Annie decides to confess to the police and everyone else about her hit-and-run accident over a year ago, she discovers a shocking twist which is that she didn't even run over Jasper's uncle, and that someone else did."
It says more but I'm not confused about that. I watched the episode twice and watched the one after it but I still don't see where they said she wasn't the one who hit Jasper's uncle. So far it hasn't said anything but that she was on house arrest and that she is on probation.
Can anyone clear this up for me?
