i'm really sick of this platform heel trend.. can i cut off the platform?

that's all there is these days! I'm already tall enough, I don't need 2 more inches and feeling like im going to topple over at any minute. but it's really hard to find cute heels that AREN'T platforms now! I HATE IT!! do you think i could buy some and then just pry off the huge lump on the bottom? so they'd be regular heels??
 
I agree with you.. Every shoe available is either flat or platform. I don't think cutting off the heel would look better though, the shoe would look just destroyed or old. Buy flats, or try to find platforms with the lowest heel possible.
