I'm selling my broken Iphone 4 on Ebay? Worried about my info on the phone?

I know how to reset the entire phone but the screen is completely broken. Here's a few pictures to show you. But I had my email, notes, apps for ebay & all that stuff.

I'm worried about the Ebay bidder getting my info- should that be a concern?
